Shipping Process

Once you add and item to your cart, you can see the calculated shipping by clicking on the cart contents link at the top right of every page. The shipping times listed are actual shipping times and not how long it will take from the day you place an order. Most order are processed same day, others not until the next business day. If you do not notice an update from processing within 24 hours, please contact us as there is an issue holding up your order.

During checkout, please make sure to note any items with **** after them. These are currently not in stock and are generally shipped within 7 days. We get multiple weekly shipments to prevent us from running out of inventory, but this can not always be avoided.

We offer shipping via USPS (United States Postal Serice) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

Backorders

If your backorder total is under $35, you will have the option to have the order wait until complete before shipping or refund the backordered items where you reorder. This prevents problems with delayed orders.

International shipping

International shipping is calculated the same way. Please note, some items are unable to ship outside of the USA as the are flammable. Please note International orders take a few days longer to process the customs forms.

Oversized

Items such as the Bob Ross 2 in 1 easel can only ship via UPS as they are over-sized.

We will only honor returns when we are contacted within 7 days of your order being received. You must contact us first.

DVDs and videos will only be exchanged for the same titles if defective.
